FOR THE SECOND TIME, THE WINNERS FOOTBALL TRAINING CENTER GOT A CUP AMONG THE SCHOOLS WHICH TEACH FOOTBALL IN THE SOUTHERN PROVINCE

The winners FTC is pleased because of the cup they got.

The Winners under 16 youth boys ‘team won a cup during the competition match which was for the football training center and the competition involved 8 teams from 4 District from the southern province as well as the 2 teams for the girls
This football competition for the under 15, whose participants were 8 boys teams, and 2 teams from 4 district, Kamonyi, Muhanga ,Ruhango and Nyanza.
Future sound Academy from Nyanza District, Rayon Sports Junior Academy from Nyanza District, New Generation Football Training Center from Ruhango District,Crimson Youth Attretics from Kamonyi District,The Winners Football Training Center from Muhanga District,Muhanga Football Training Center from Muhanga District ,Don Bosco Kabgayi Football Training Center from Muhanga District and Peace Football Training Center from Muhanga District.
The competition’s theme “Mobilizing the youth on the use of ICT and self-employment”.
It was financed by BDF, SKY WORTH, RM INN MOTION, G-STEP TOURS (one people), A Thousand Hills. It started on Saturday 11th May 2019, where on the first day, all games were played in Muhanga Stadium, and the games for the ½ final and the final game were held on Sunday 12th May 2019 at Muhanga Stadium. During the games for the second half, Rayon Sports Junior Academy lost to Muhanga Football Training Center 2-4 whereas The Winners Football Training Center beat Don Bosco Kabgayi Football Training Center 3-0.
The final game was played between The Winners FTC and Muhanga FTC, whereby they equalized 1-1, and finally the winners took the cup after beating in penalties 3-2.

When the Teams were coming from the dressing room going to the playing ground to play the final game.

Among the girl, the winners FTC and the Ecole Technique de Kabgayi (ETEK) are the ones who participated in the competition. During the game they equalized through penalties 1-1 the winners FTC won through penalties 5-3 for the (ETEK) girls.
Every team that participated in this competition was given a ball, as a reward, whereas the teams which won the games were rewarded cups and 5 balls for playing
The teams which became the Second were given 3 balls for playing, NSHIMIYIMANA David, who is in charge of the winners FTC told journalists that as the academy they were very happy for the fact that the competition was successful, and he thanked the patterns, and requested that such competition should be held every year,
He said,” The competition was very Successful more than we had thought, the children have played a good football, and the fans too were happy to see the talents among the young ones, who have a bright (good) future, we thank the partners who supported us who include, SKY Worth, BDF, G-STAR and RM INN MOTION Electronic, they were so helpful to us for the preparation to be Successful.
He added on by saying “This is second time we have prepared it, and we wish that it could be taking place every year, because it helps the children to grow while used to competitions, and the results are very important because it improves on the future football profession of Rwanda in general.”
One among the partners, MURIGANDE Felix who was representing BDF and a staff member of BDF Muhanga Branch told the youth that they have many opportunities, as far as job creation is concerned, because the youth, and women if they present good projects which appear 70% of the budget which that project requires.
He asked them to come to the offices of BDF near the Muhanga District Market, so as to get more details. He further told them that those were not the only opportunities, because they help the youth and women as to how feasibility studies of the business as which are profitable.
